If you can purchase those which contain extract of passion fruit flower in them as this contains a chemical known as vitexin. This chemical along with having anti-inflammatory and anti-histamine properties also has properties which can help to relieve tension.

Plus you look just how much of each ingredient they contain as this will effect just how effective they are at treating the condition.
