Ever notice that whenever you walk, the sides of your stomach rub against your arms? How about when you put on a bathing suit. A lot of people struggle with getting rid of fat rolls around the midsection which are often affectionately referred to as ‘love handles’.
Clean and Press. This too has similar effects like Deadlifts, but it is much more advanced and uses the momentum of your body to move the weight. With this momentum exercise, you will be able to hear your heart pounding real hard. This really is an excellent exercise to get rid of love handles.
Add 3 or 4 30-minute aerobic exercises to your routine each week. You don’t need to sign up at a gym, or buy bodybuilding equipment, jogging 3 or 4 times weekly will do the trick, and over time you will actually begin to enjoy and even (gasp!) look forward to it.
Have you ever seen those infomercials on TV that show all the dancers, or even the Tai Bo with Billy Blanks? These are great ways to reach those “love handles.” They concentrate on the mid section. These are very high energy and also take a lot of time out of your day. You have to be the right person with the right amount of determination who wants to attack their “love handles.” Yoga is another popular exercise that doesn’t take everything out of you by the end of the exercise.
Love handles are the last to go from any weight loss regime. Love handles are a embarrassing issue for a many of us, and it is quite often confusing to attempt to figure out how to specifically work on that area of our body.
