I get a TON of questions each and every week about chest exercises. Everyone wants to build a huge chest (or just get a “bigger” one), but not everyone knows the best way to achieve this goal. So for the benefit of everyone who wants some information on this topic (and everyone wants to know “what’s your secret, Caleb?”) I’m going to provide a little help in this article. While I certainly am not ready to give all of my hard-won secrets away, here are a few of my favorite chest exercises.

There are a variety of methods for treatment for alcohol dependence. Some of these methods include education and support to stop drinking, medicines to reduce withdrawal symptoms and stop alcohol cravings, and professional counseling to work through relationship issues.
However there is a new method on the market, a drug with the brand name chemical Revia [formerly called Trexan], Vivitrolnaltrexone. This drug is taken as an injection, usually into a muscle once a month. Naltrexone is also available in pill form.

You can tell when you have made it to the top when you receive a reference on The Simpsons. Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana, broke that popularity pinnacle in December, 2007 when Bart had to write on the blackboard “The capital of Montana is not Hannah.” In the same month, Wheel of Fortune featured the celebrity in one of its puzzles.
A remarkable list of movies and television shows aimed at audiences of varying ages and interests have paid homage to the ubiquitous character. The madly popular Disney show is seen in countries all over the world, in Asia, Australia, South America, Africa, and Europe as well as its native United States.

One of biggest draw-backs to many diets is the “forbidden” foods list. It is human nature to desire the things we know we can’t have, and this seems to magnify when you’re on a diet. Dieting is difficult enough without the disappointment of having to eat foods you don’t like.
Well, say hello to the South Beach Diet. The South Beach Diet is highly successful because the list of “allowed” foods is much longer than the list of “forbidden” foods.

If you think you want to get involved with MLM, do your research first. The challenge with MLM businesses is that people at the top are most often the winners. The biggest majority of people at the bottom end up spending money and time to get involved and end up losing whatever they put in.

I do a lot of research and writing on hoodia supplements. I realized that I haven’t written about the hoodia 60 minutes and BBC reports. I feel it’s important to bring these reports up because they are being twisted around on many websites. The claim that 60 minutes and the BBC endorsed a specific brand of hoodia diet pills is bogus. Don’t believe the lie.

Many people are consuming less dairy milk as they gradually switch to non-dairy milk. Increasingly, supermarkets everywhere are selling soy (soya) milk, rice milk and almond milk. Switching to non-dairy milk is better for your health in two big ways:
(i) You avoid the harmful aspects of dairy milk (too numerous to mention here). And (ii) you greatly benefit from the delicious and super-nutritious nature of non-dairy milk.
