Heartburn is a difficulty that no one likes to encounter at any time. It is generally experienced by eating the wrong type of food. And unfortunately, many people who seek pain relief for their heartburn are generally looking for quick-fix solutions so that they can continue with the same type of eating habits as before.

There are many home remedies to relieve heartburn which include such things as drinking a spoonful of apple cider vinegar in water, and even eating raw almonds. However, these approaches are not based on proven solutions for dealing with heartburn. They are trial and error attempts to control the problem and their success is most often based on individual effort.
